Corrections, disputes and removals policy for SEO agency listings

Malaysia SEO Agency Guide is an independent directory of SEO agencies in Malaysia. Each listing is built from publicly available business information, and each score and review summary is computed from public Google reviews using one published rubric that applies equally to every business. Being listed costs nothing, and payment can never change a score or a ranking. This page explains how to get a listing fixed, how to raise a dispute, and how to request removal. Fixing factual details

If your name, address, phone number, website, opening hours or listed services are wrong, send us the correct value along with something we can check it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we have confirmed the change, we fix it. Applied corrections stay in place through future data refreshes.

Disputing a score or summary

Scores are never edited by hand. A dispute is a claim that our input data is wrong. That usually means your profile was matched to the wrong business, reviews were attributed to your agency incorrectly, or a review summary misstates what reviewers wrote. We re-check the sources and regenerate the listing from them. A dispute is not a way to ask for a higher number.

Requesting removal

We remove a listing when the business has permanently closed, when it is a duplicate of another listing, or when it falls outside this directory's scope. Our monthly re-verification cycle also finds closed businesses and removes them automatically. If your agency is accurate and in scope, we may decline a removal request, and we will tell you plainly why.

How long responses take

We acknowledge every request within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are actioned within 7 days. If we decline a request, the reply will give the reason.
